Our client is a leading retailer in the established luxury time pieces industry. They have presence of 50 boutiques in twelve key cities in the Asia Pacific region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead end to end project implementations, enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Engage key stakeholders to address concerns, new requirements and evaluate solutions to improve business operations.
- Manage project teams consisting of internal and external resources to ensure project delivery. This includes planning, organizing, gathering requirements, process mapping, documentation, development, testing, training, deployment, and support.
- Analyse business operations and identify opportunities for optimization, redesign, or process improvement.
- Report actionable insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Design training materials and conduct training.
- Evaluate/translate latest trends that could be implemented to increase productivity for the business.

**Requirements**:

- 8 to 10 years of experience in ERP and CRM implementation
- Proven experience with CRM, e.g., SugarCRM, SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
- Proven experience with ERP e.g., Infor M3, SAP
- At least 3 previous experiences managing a medium to large scale ERP and CRM implementation projects, including SOW, development, and deployment
- Experience in integrations, user support and training
- Experience in managing a team in the retail industry
- Experience with user-centered design processes
- Familiarity and experience with digital marketing and campaign management will be a plus
