Senior Technical Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Manager to lead our team of Service Engineers and IT Admins.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of PC/laptop/notebook hardware (parts).

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Service Engineers and IT Admins to ensure efficient delivery of services.
• Monitor team progress and make data-driven decisions to drive improvement.
• Execute assigned cases with urgency and provide timely resolution to service requests and incidents.
• Handle high volumes of client service requests and assign them effectively to the team.
• Address client complaints and maintain customer satisfaction during closure.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders and clients for sales-related matters.
• Offer on- and off-site support when needed.
• Manage Service Engineers' daily schedules and oversee team transportation and phone claim usage.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience combination.
• Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in technical management.
• Motivated, able to initiate work processes and prioritize among many competing requests.
• Strong leadership skills with good communication, customer service, and technical expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of PC/laptop/notebook hardware (parts) and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
