Job Title: Community Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Community Liaison Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with residents, community groups, and local leaders to develop and implement engaging programs and activities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Sciences or a related field and 2-3 years of experience in social care or community engagement. They will be responsible for planning and running activities and interest groups, collaborating with residents to understand their needs, and promoting health and social programs. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess strong organizational and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to engage residents and community groups
  • Collaborate with local leaders to deliver meaningful programs and services
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement evaluation tools to measure program effectiveness
  • Promote health and social programs to residents through various channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences or related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in social care or community engagement
