Operations Support Specialist, New Business (1 Year Contract)Support the growth of individual life business through efficient processing and issuance of new business applications. Deliver an excellent customer experience to enhance FWD's competitive advantage. Key Accountabilities Manage new business administration for IFA and D2C channels. Conduct customer due diligence for individual and corporate clients. Route new business workflow to underwriting, compliance, IT and other stakeholders. Maintain department mailbox(es) and manage defect reporting. Coordinate follow‐ups with distribution teams, intermediaries, and medical clinics to expedite policy inception. Perform premium receipting and handle contract issuance and policy document preparation. Identify gaps and champion improvements in processes and workflow. Support ad‐hoc tasks, user acceptance testing, and other projects. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, FWD policies, and SOPs. Qualifications / Experience Diploma holder or post‐graduate. At least 3 years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in new business. Preferably certified in M8, M5, M9. Knowledge, Skills & Ability Positive, customer‐driven work attitude. Able to work independently in a dynamic environment. Good verbal and written communication skills. Multi‐tasking ability. Team player. Meticulous and diligent. Good understanding of life insurance.
