Preschool Teacher Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to shape the minds of young children and help them develop essential skills for future success.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons: Plan and facilitate age-appropriate, inquiry-based English lessons in line with our curriculum.
  • Support language development: Guide children in early literacy and communication skills using phonics, reading, and structured activities.
  • Observe, document & report: Monitor and record children's learning progress and development milestones.
  • Build positive relationships: Collaborate with families and team members to support holistic child development.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive environment: Ensure classroom safety and cleanliness while fostering a nurturing atmosphere.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education – Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent.
  • ECDA Certified (L2).
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant preschool teaching experience.
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Creative, resourceful, and passionate about early childhood education.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
