Working Days: Mon - Fri, with one Saturday per month (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
Job Scopes:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job ads, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Maintain HR records, prepare HR letters, process payroll (OT, incentives, commissions), and handle staff claims.
  • Oversee HR administrative matters such as work pass applications, vendor coordination, insurance matters, and safety compliance.
  • Support workplace safety initiatives and perform other HR-related duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration
  • Able to commit to overtime, especially during payroll periods
