Job Scopes:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including job ads, screening, interviews, onboarding, and exit procedures.
- Maintain HR records, prepare HR letters, process payroll (OT, incentives, commissions), and handle staff claims.
- Oversee HR administrative matters such as work pass applications, vendor coordination, insurance matters, and safety compliance.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and perform other HR-related duties as assigned
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR administration
- Able to commit to overtime, especially during payroll periods
