Job Description: We are looking for an Area Sales Manager. Your responsibilities include supervising the field sales team and building long-term client relationships. As an Area Sales Manager, you should use your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes to provide innovative ideas for business growth. Communication and team management skills are also essential for this position. Ultimately, you will ensure your area of responsibility meets and exceeds the expectations of our business objectives and contributes to our company’s success in the long run. Responsibilities: Engage and lead the field sales team, providing leadership in maximizing sales and market share growth. Demonstrate expertise in people and performance management through effective mentoring and coaching. Lead your team to achieve high delivery of new business development and retention, meeting and exceeding sales targets. Manage the day-to-day activities and duties performed by the Sales Manager. Job Requirements: Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in logistics industries. Proven track record with 3 years of successful people management experience. Experience in courier service/small package knowledge is preferred. Demonstrate competency in driving results, collaborating and influencing others, and meeting customer expectations. Excellent communicator, creative problem solver, and analytical in developing sales strategy. Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills. Strong customer base and hunter personality. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of stakeholders. Self-starter and able to work with minimum supervision.
