Responsibilities
Perform accounting operations
Expense reimbursement and payment review, ensuring compliance with company policies
Work closely with the accounting team to ensure a smooth closing of accounts and timely reporting of financials
Prepare monthly accounting schedules, journal entries and reconciliation
Work closely and supports the intercompany team
Provide support in process and system enhancements
Perform ad-hoc assignments/duties as required
Requirements
Possesses Degree in Accountancy/Finance. ACCA or CPA graduates may also apply
Has at least 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably started their career in an audit environment
Ability to identify the control weaknesses on daily operations and implement process improvements
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Good problem-solving skills
Adept in MS Excel
A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently
