Job Overview Industry: Building and Construction/ Manufacturing (Furniture). Position Title: M&E Project Coordinator/ M&E Engineer. Working Location: Mandai Estate. Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon - Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm). Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus + Medical & Dental Benefits. Duration: Permanent. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee all mechanical and electrical (M&E) works on site. Review technical drawings and specifications, identifying discrepancies and reporting them to the Project Manager. Maintain and monitor all M&E-related documentation and records. Coordinate shop drawings and ensure alignment with project requirements. Supervise and manage M&E sub-contractors to ensure timely and accurate execution of work in accordance with contract drawings and specifications. Liaise with relevant authorities, clients, and sub-contractors on matters related to shop drawings, equipment submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning. Organize and lead M&E coordination meetings to align all parties involved. Update and report on M&E progress, issues, and developments to the Project Manager. Collaborate effectively with site teams to ensure smooth workflow and project execution. Negotiate and seek approval for any M&E-related changes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards & other ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field. Minimum 1 year of relevant M&E coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry. Able to work independently with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
