Key Business Analyst Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive business analyst to join our large-scale transformation program in the Communications, Media & Technology sector.
This position focuses on project coordination, test management, execution tracking, and end-to-end UAT readiness in an Oracle-based transformation environment.
The ideal candidate is structured, adaptable, and confident in engaging with technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Lead and support UAT/SIT execution across multiple service order functional streams.
- Track, triage, and escalate defects with technical teams for timely resolution.
- Coordinate retests, manage test data requirements, and maintain accurate defect logs.
The preferred candidate will have strong BA/functional background (preferably in Oracle or Telecommunications environments) and solid knowledge of UAT/SIT processes, including defect triaging, reporting, and documentation.
Additionally, they should be analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to investigate and explain complex fulfilment issues, and possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- BA/Functional background in Oracle or Telecommunications environments.
