Job Title:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Professional to join our team in Singapore.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide day-to-day operation support for the network infrastructure
  • Manage and maintain the network equipment, including firewalls, switches, web proxy, load balancers, and NAC devices
  • Design and implement new network solutions to improve efficiency and reliability
  • Analyze network performance data to identify trends and implement proactive measures to prevent potential issues
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Implement innovative or automation solutions to streamline processes
  • Ensure adherence to established configuration and change management policies
  • Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
  • Designing, writing, and updating system documentation, assets, and network diagrams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • At least 3 - 5 years hands-on experience in managing firewall, network switches, web proxy, load balancers, NAC (Network Access Control)
  • Knowledge in managing Aruba Wireless Controllers, Aruba ClearPass (NAC, OnGuard), Palo Alto firewalls, F5 VPM, Load balancers, DNS devices
  • Knowledge in SDWAN, VxLAN, Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) will be an advantage
  • Must have knowledge in managing Aruba ClearPass (NAC)
  • Must have knowledge in managing Firewall devices (Palo Alto), VPN, DNS and Load balancer
  • Must be able/willing to work after office hours as and when required
  • Clear communicator with good oral and written skills and experience interacting with both business and IT individuals
  • Possess personal attributes: integrity, trust and credibility. A good listener, customer oriented, strong interpersonal skills
  • Possess good learning capability and demonstrate creative thinking skills. Able to adapt to changes and proactively generate new ideas and drive continuous improvements
  • Possess good analytical skills, good troubleshooting and issue resolution capabilities
