We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and produce detailed tender and construction drawings for mechanical systems.

  • Responsibilities include developing and producing detailed tender and construction drawings for mechanical systems, defining project scope, identifying potential issues, and raising clarifications as needed.
  • Evaluate quotations and bid documents to ensure alignment with project requirements and specifications.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive design reports to project stakeholders.
  • Manage the construction drawing management forms, ensuring all drawings are updated and accurate.
  • Create and verify calculation reports to support the design process.
  • Review and verify all design and construction drawings to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
  • Review and validate major equipment and material specification sheets.
  • Approve major equipment purchase requisitions and ensure procurement aligns with project needs.
  • Coordinate external design tasks for respective disciplines.
  • Conduct design handover sessions with clients and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Key qualifications include a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in detail design of Mechanical Systems, proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other mechanical design tools.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a strong background in mechanical engineering, are essential for this role. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking associates.

This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
