Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all team members of the dive team adhere to Singapore Oceanarium (SGO) / Dive SOPs and Corporate Compliance guidelines at all times.
  • Ensure cleanliness of dolphin habitats and large habitats.
  • Perform daily siphoning of debris/waste and cleaning of acrylic panels in habitats.
  • Conducting Scuba diving courses for team members and dive guests.
  • Perform as dive guide for all dive programs.
  • Oversee the maintenance, repair, and servicing of dive equipment to ensure all gear is in good working condition.
  • Coordinate and manage dive operations, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for team members and guests, focusing on dive safety, equipment maintenance, and guest satisfaction.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to dive guests to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date dive logs on all dive training and dive activities.

Job Requirements:
  • Possess SCUBA certification (Divemaster & above).
  • 3 to 5 years of work experience in a related facility or equivalent.
  • In-depth knowledge of dive safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and repair techniques.
  • Committed to providing a high standard of guest services.
  • Confident in working within an aquatic environment.
  • Able to perform shift work, including on weekends and public holidays.
