Description What the role is:You will play a pivotal role in planning and allocating our Army's Intelligence resources, by ensuring optimal distribution of resources in accordance with vocational policies. What you will be working on: Manage governing Vocation Approving Authority (VAA) policies Manage manpower resources including Full-Time National Servicemen (NSFs) and NSmen Manage National Service (NS) succession planning and management under Army Intelligence Analyse recruitment efforts to enhance strong and regular upstream onboarding flowChallenge(s) Managing multiple stakeholders with competing demands Prioritising effectively when competing demands arise Proposing effective and feasible solutions to meet organisational outcomes What we are looking for: Education in Human Resources, HR management, Human Capital management or a related field Experience in HR Management, personnel and career development is advantageous Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Ability to propose constructive solutions to dynamic problems Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and competencies with database management(Applicants with no experience may apply.)
