About The Opportunity Our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) build trusted partnerships with business leaders and people managers to co‐create people‐centric solutions that accelerate our business transformation, achieve commercial goals, and contribute to the vision of "Building the Future, Together."You will bring sound business and financial acumen, collaborating with HR COEs to create solutions that address immediate operational needs while aligning future‐focused people plans with overall strategy. On a daily basis, HRBPs provide advice and coaching to managers on inspiring, rewarding and developing teams, navigating employee relations, ensuring accurate compensation and commission management, improving employee experience, and unlocking full potential of our people and culture. In this transformative stage, HRBPs also work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, learn modern recruitment strategies, and help win the war for talent to accelerate growth. What You'll Be Doing Partner with senior business leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives as the organization grows and scales globally, covering performance management, organizational design, change management, compensation/commission, cultural integration, etc. Champion employee engagement and foster a positive, productive work environment for our global team. Leverage data analytics to inform HR decisions and measure program impact. Provide trusted guidance and coaching to leaders at all levels, ensuring effective talent management practices that drive high‐performance organizations. Lead HR projects related to team success, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning. Manage all aspects of the HR function for assigned business units, including partnership with talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee relations. What We Look For In You 8+ years of HRBP experience, ideally within a high‐growth tech or financial services company. Experience as an HR Business Partner, OD, C&B, and/or TD, with a background in fast‐paced environments. Experience working with C‐suite executives or functional leaders in central functions. Data‐centric mindset with the ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations. Strategic thinking combined with a hands‐on approach to advising business and providing HR operational support. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills. Ability to work effectively with global, remote teams across time zones. Passion for building and shaping company culture, fostering belonging and collaboration. Proficiency in conversational Mandarin is a plus. Nice to Haves A genuine passion for the cryptocurrency space. Knowledge of OKG's product suite (OKX, OKX Wallet, OKLink, etc.).
