Role and Responsibilities
Prepare and create monthly and quarterly forecast reports for internal management and group reporting.
Analyze monthly financial results and business drivers; provide commentary on variances.
Partner with business units in budgeting and forecasting, ensuring financial reasonableness.
Collaborate with business units to formulate strategies to drive growth and profitability.
Provide market and business insights; support financial modeling for proposals and decision-making.
Review policies and processes with stakeholders and finance teams; contribute to process improvements and ad-hoc projects.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate across divisions and regions.
Strong business acumen, detail-oriented, and proactive.
