Find out more at: propseller.com/careers/Role Description We are looking for a self‐starter, and highly ambitious hustler to accelerate our growth and bring in more property owners and seekers into our pipeline. As an Inside Sales Consultant, you are the first point of contact with the leads (property owners and seekers), driving engaging conversations and laying the foundations for their journey with Propseller. You will be responsible for managing the pre‐sales consultative selling process from initial contact, lead qualification and nurturing, to the introduction to one of Propseller's in‐house Real Estate Consultants (i.e. property agents). As a trusted advisor to the leads, you will play a fundamental role in helping them achieve their goals whilst ensuring a smooth sales process. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the pre‐sales process via various channels: calls, emails, chat, etc; Introduce Propseller's services and value proposition in a pitch to potential clients; Understand the lead's needs and provide thorough advice about the property market, regulations, and transaction steps (you'll get extensive training); Convert Marketing Qualified Leads who have contacted us via our website, or other channels into Sales Qualified Leads who will meet one of our Real Estate Consultants; Drive high activity volumes - make 50+ calls daily; Build strong relationships with leads and internal stakeholders; Represent Propseller with top‐level professionalism; Drive Propseller growth by over‐achieving KPIs and milestones; Propose, launch and deliver commercial and operational projects within Inside Sales. Requirements Bachelors' degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience in sales, sales support or real estate OR Diploma degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales support, or real estate Fluent in English and Mandarin with excellent oral communication skills enabling effective communication with potential clients; Exceptional poise and presence over the phone; The drive and resilience to maintain 50+ calls per day; High level of client centricity: ability to manage multiple clients while exceeding client expectations; Comfortable with using sales tools, technologies and systems; Adaptable and flexible to work in a fast‐paced environment Work authorisation is required for this role; Available to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) as part of a five‐day workweek, with shift hours (e.g., 8 AM - 5 PM; 12 PM - 9 PM) on a rotational basis; Nice to Have (not required): Real Estate Experience or License.
