My client is seeking an experienced
Supply Chain Manager
to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role requires strong
strategic planning, supplier management, and leadership
capabilities to drive operational excellence.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute supply chain strategies to ensure seamless procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Manage supplier relationships and expand sourcing beyond Singapore/Malaysia (e.g., China, Vietnam).
Implement long-term supplier development plans to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and stock optimization to meet operational needs.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company procurement policies.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Finance) to align supply chain goals with business objectives.
Identify risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.
Job Requirements
Degree in any Business or Engineering field with at least 7 years of experience in supply chain management in an electronics manufacturing industry.
Possess knowledge of supply chain management in electronics manufacturing industry.
Possess forward planning and organising skills.
Able to multi-task and stay committed to the job.
Knowledge of Microsoft applications.
Knowledge of ERP systems.
Good at problem solving and communicating.
Possess good leadership skills and be a team player.
