Exciting Data Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our organization's strategic decision-making process through data-driven insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide monthly financial and cost analysis, including variance computation and financial driver analysis, to support business decisions.
  • Extract and process data from various sources, including data cleansing and transformation across financial ledgers, MIS systems, HR resource databases, Procurement, and contract records for consolidated management-ready financial output.
  • Maintain and implement ongoing refinements and enhancements to Tableau dashboards used for generating MIS reports. Develop strategic dashboards for new requirements.
  • Identify areas of improvement, optimization, or automation in operational workflows for monthly processes.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Tableau and experience in creating interactive dashboards.
  • Basic coding skills in Python and SQL, with knowledge of database management systems.
  • Experience in data engineering, data analysis, and data visualization is advantageous.
