Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented SuccessFactors IT Consultant to provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting and system maintenance for SAP SuccessFactors. This role will serve as the first point of contact for HR system users, ensuring smooth operation, timely issue resolution and effective utilization of SuccessFactors modules. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for SAP SuccessFactors support, handling user queries and resolving issues across various modules (e.g., Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals). Perform system monitoring, data validation and routine health checks. Coordinate with SAP and/or internal IT teams to manage incidents, troubleshoot technical errors and track resolutions. Support HR users with process execution, navigation and reporting in SuccessFactors. Assist with system updates, releases and regression testing. Document issues, resolutions and process updates to build a knowledge base. Ensure data accuracy, compliance and adherence to HR policies. Provide end-user training and guidance on best practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business or related discipline. 2–5 years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems. Familiarity with multiple modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, etc.). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with HR and technical teams. Knowledge of HR processes and compliance requirements. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred but not mandatory.
