Job Title: Marketing Manager (Asia Markets) Key Responsibilities Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to recruit international students across Asia, focusing on secondary and pre-tertiary segments Plan and manage digital and traditional campaigns, including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, webinars, events, and partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, schools, and other recruitment partners in target markets Collaborate closely with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure seamless recruitment processes Monitor and analyse campaign performance, student enquiries, leads, and conversion rates to inform strategy Manage marketing budgets, track ROI, and report key performance indicators to senior management Ensure brand consistency and compliance with institutional and EduTrust guidelines Support content creation and promotional materials tailored to different markets Requirements Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field Minimum 3-5 years' experience in international student recruitment, education marketing, or a related sector Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns and recruitment initiatives Experience in Asia markets with a strong understanding of student recruitment trends Proficient in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and marketing analytics Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently within a small, high-impact team Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights How to Apply Ready to be part of this exciting journey?
