We're a high-performing, high-volume café with a close-knit, small team that supports each other every day.
Responsibilities
Provide courteous and efficient food and beverage services to customers.
Attend and respond to customers' needs promptly and professionally.
Deliver exceptional service at the bar and restaurant, maintaining high standards.
Ensure guests' requests are not delayed during operations.
Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude, promptly addressing queries.
Prepare, plate and serve drinks and food according to standards.
Responsible for preparation and presentation of beverages in conformance to product and performance standards, maintaining operating equipment.
Trainee Barista cum Service Crew (1 year contract) and Senior Barista duties including guiding Junior Baristas in front-of-house operations, customer service and preparation of food & beverages.
Kitchen staff responsibilities for Singapore-style and local menu.
Prepare and cook a variety of hot dishes (e.g. donburi, pasta, udon, etc.).
Chat with customers and make them feel at home.
Reporting to the F&B Manager; Management Trainee will be trained to become a future leader in the F&B team.
Compatibility with Bhutanese applicants living in Singapore (Singapore PRs welcome).

7:30am – 5:30pm; 10:00am – 3:30pm; 12:30pm – 5:30pm

What We're Looking For
5-6 day
work week including
weekends

Minimum
3–5 years
of experience in specialty coffee or busy café operations
Confident in espresso calibration, matcha preparation, and equipment care
Able to work well under pressure in a
high-volume café environment
Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a team player
Comfortable communicating in English with customers and teammates
Passionate about coffee, matcha, and delivering great customer experiences
Excited to be part of a small, close-knit, high-performing team that values trust and teamwork
