This role uses advanced TCAD and simulation tools to design, optimize, and virtually prototype Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) processes. Your work will directly impact product performance, cost, and reliability. Job Summary We're looking for a BCD Technology Development Engineer / Manager to innovate our next-generation power management ICs. This role uses advanced TCAD and simulation tools to design, optimize, and virtually prototype Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS (BCD) processes. Your work will directly impact product performance, cost, and reliability. Responsibilities Lead the development of new BCD technology nodes using TCAD tools. Model and optimize device structures and process flows to predict and improve performance. Collaborate with design teams for Design-Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO). Validate simulation models with experimental data from wafer fabrication. (For Manager): Lead and mentor a team of TCAD engineers and manage project goals. Qualifications PhD or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 5+ years of experience (Engineer) or 8+ years (Manager) in semiconductor technology development with a focus on TCAD. Expertise in BCD device physics and semiconductor fabrication processes. Hands-on experience with commercial TCAD software (e.g., Synopsis Sentaurus).
