Job Description
This role is focused on providing exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a positive experience and fostering strong relationships.
">- Assist with reception-related duties for customers, including handling appointments and providing one-on-one service.
- Perform general administrative tasks for the store, maintaining organization and efficiency.
- Accompany executives visiting from Japan, providing interpretation services as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
">- At least 1 year of experience in a related field, such as reception or customer service.
- Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Japanese (N2 level) to effectively communicate with stakeholders and clients.
- Basic computer literacy skills to navigate various software applications.
- Able to work until around 11:00 p.m. when required.
