This position reports to Sales Manager Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Motion IEC LV Motors and Large Motors & Generators Business Division and customers during the proposal process. Each day, you will serve as a key technical resource in the assigned area. You will also showcase your expertise by preparing technical descriptions of the products and technology, determining costs, and preparing final documentation. The work model for the role is: Hybrid #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Motion IEC LV Motors and Large Motors & Generators Business Division in Singapore. You will be mainly accountable for: Offering technical advice and solutions on inquiries from customers/channels/Sales Specialists about ABB products/systems/applications. Performing analytic and diagnostic studies to determine the optimal technical solution to meet customer needs and address complex inquiries. Developing and maintaining new sales opportunities and resolving specific customer problems; and ensuring achievement of targets on orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS). Ensuring the achievement of budget goals, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and in the respective countries. Qualifications for the role Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering or equivalent 1 or 2 years of experience in Sales Support function, candidates without prior work experience are welcome to apply CRM knowledge is a plus Team player and eye for detail More about us The IEC LV Motors Division is a global market leader focused on helping industries, cities, infrastructure and transportation increase energy efficiency.
