Overview Senior Business Analyst, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — client-facing role responsible for discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy CRM solutions tailored to the customer. You’ll liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role offers opportunities to work with Microsoft’s #1 partner with a strong focus on personal development and training in technology and consulting skills. Responsibilities Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on how technology can solve business problems Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure requirements are understood Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes Qualifications A passion for learning, strong business sense, and good time management Ability to manage client expectations effectively Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM Experience managing/leading teams both onshore and offshore is nice to have (not required)About You Consultative, collaborative, and relationship-building mindset Resilient, adaptable, and flexible Intellectually curious and passionate about technology Client-centric attitude Passion for learning and development What You'll Do Consult and advise clients and internal stakeholders on uses of technology to solve business problems Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams Transform business requirements into application requirements and conduct a fit/gap analysis Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team Prototype, configure, and test business processes Role Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Research, Analyst, and IT Industries: IT Services and IT Consulting Get notified about new Senior Business Analyst roles in Singapore. #J-18808-Ljbffr
