Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Infrastructure Coordinator to support our IT infrastructure team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in IT infrastructure. The candidate will work closely with senior team members to coordinate and assist in setting up and maintaining systems, environments, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & Support

• \tCollaborate with infrastructure and application teams to ensure timely execution of setup tasks.

• \tTrack progress and follow up on infrastructure-related activities and issues.
System Setup & Maintenance

• \tAssist in coordinating Operating System upgrades across environments.

• \tSupport the scheduling and execution of patching activities.

• \tHelp document upgrade and patching procedures.
Connectivity & Security

• \tCoordinate the setup of Connect: Direct for secure file transfers with other applications

• \tAssist in SSH key generation and setup for secure access.

• \tEnsure proper documentation of connectivity configurations.
Job Scheduling

• \tSupport the creation and monitoring of Control-M jobs.

• \tWork with relevant teams to gather job requirements and dependencies.

• \tMaintain logs and reports of job executions and failures.
Environment Setup

• \tHelp provision and configure development, testing, and production environments.

• \tEnsure environment readiness by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

• \tDocument environment specifications and changes.
Requirements:\tEducation:

• \tBachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or currently pursuing).
Essential:

• \tBasic understanding of operating systems and IT infrastructure and Network concepts.

• \tStrong organizational and communication skills.

• \tAnalysis and troubleshooting skills in handling incident and issues.

• \tWillingness to learn and grow in a technical environment.

• \tAt least 5 years working technical experience in setting up infra, connectivity in banking environment

• \tGood interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Key Domain/ Technical Skills:

• \tFamiliarity with Windows systems.

• \tExposure to job scheduling tools like Control-M.

• \tBasic knowledge of SQL scripting, PowerShell and batch script

• \tUnderstanding of secure file
