Nurse / Clinic Assistant (Full Time & Part Time)

Job Description We are seeking a Nurse / Clinic Assistant (full time & part time applications welcome) to support our clinic during after-office night shift hours and weekends. The successful candidate will assist with patient care and contribute to smooth clinic operations, acting as an essential link between patients, medical staff, and administrative teams. Key Responsibilities Assist in routine patient care and attend to patients' comfort needs Maintain accurate documentation of patients' physical assessments, including height, weight, visual acuity, audiometry, and nursing observations Adhere strictly to infection control practices and aseptic techniques during patient care Conduct inventory checks of equipment, surgical supplies, and instruments Exhibit professional behavior to ensure high-quality service delivery Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic environment for patients Collate laboratory, X-ray results, and reports from specialists Follow up on doctors' instructions regarding lab, X-ray, and other test results for patient review Ensure timely availability of test results and promptly inform doctors of any urgent or abnormal findings Dispense medications as needed Handle clinic emails, phone calls, and patient inquiries professionally Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Register patients accurately upon arrival Send appointment reminders to patients Manage insurance claims and verify coverage for consultations, treatments, medications, surgeries, and hospital admissions Liaise with insurance companies for Letters of Guarantee (LOG)Coordinate billing processes with specialist clinics, hospitals, laboratories, and radiology departments Follow up on outstanding payments from corporate clients, insurance companies, and self-paying patients Assist in translating duties within and outside the clinic, facilitating communication between patients, clinic staff, doctors, and specialists Provide support for various administrative tasks within the clinic Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin Nursing or clinical assistant experience preferred Candidates to assist primarily during night and weekend shifts Strong organizational and communication skills Professional, patient-centered attitude with attention to detail Singaporeans and PR applicants preferred Email your CV to Subject:Nurse/Clinic Assistant – "Your Name"#J-18808-Ljbffr
