We're looking for a Full-Time Physiotherapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team and play a key role in helping clients return to and exceed their previous levels of function, sport, or health. Who We're Looking For Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (from an accredited institution)Fully registered or eligible for registration with AHPC Singapore Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong clinical placements also welcome)Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy and exercise prescription skills Experience or interest in working with sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, or chronic disease Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills—you build trust, put people at ease, and genuinely enjoy connecting with clients from all walks of life Bonus: Experience working within a multidisciplinary or sports performance team What You Will Do Clinical Responsibilities Assess, diagnose, and treat musculoskeletal and/or neurological conditions using evidence-based practice Develop treatment plans that integrate manual therapy, exercise therapy, and education Document clinical notes, progress reports, and communicate with referring partners as needed Monitor outcomes and adapt plans for optimal return to sport/ function Team Collaboration and Growth Collaborate with strength coaches, dietitians, and other professionals to deliver holistic care Contribute to internal case discussions, learning sessions, and client education content Support new service development and clinic improvement projects Who You Are You're compassionate and professional in equal parts You value human connection as much as clinical skill—you see the person behind the pain You apply clinical reasoning and don't rely on cookie‐cutter protocols You communicate with clarity, warmth, and empathy You work well independently and within a supportive, driven team Why Join Us?You'll join a respected brand in sports physiotherapy and performance care You'll work in a dynamic team where learning and collaboration are valued You'll have structured development support and mentorship You'll be empowered to do meaningful, patient-centered work Don't Join Us If...
