The Role We are seeking dedicated Physiotherapists and Senior Physiotherapists with a passion for musculoskeletal health and exercise‐based rehabilitation. You will manage a diverse musculoskeletal caseload, with the incredible opportunity to be professionally trained and sponsored in the world‐renowned Polestar Pilates method, allowing you to use our full suite of Pilates equipment as part of your rehabilitation toolkit. We are hiring for two levels : Physiotherapist: (Minimum 1 year of clinical experience)Senior Physiotherapist: (Minimum 3‐5 years of clinical experience)Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal assessments and provide accurate diagnoses. Develop, implement, and manage evidence‐based treatment plans for a diverse caseload (e.g., sports injuries, pre / post‐natal, chronic pain, post‐operative rehab). Integrate Clinical Pilates (mat and equipment) into patient rehabilitation programs. Maintain high‐quality and timely clinical documentation. Work collaboratively within our multi‐disciplinary team. (For Senior Role): Provide clinical guidance, support, and mentorship to junior therapists. Requirements & Qualifications Must‐Haves : Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore. Recognised Degree in Physiotherapy. A strong passion for treating musculoskeletal conditions. An excellent communicator with a strong sense of empathy and patient‐centric care. A motivated team player with a desire for continuous learning and professional growth. Experience : Physiotherapist: A minimum of 1 year of post‐graduation clinical experience. Senior Physiotherapist: A minimum of 3‐5 years of clinical experience, demonstrating strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills. Welcomed (But Not Essential)h3>Experience or certification in Pilates (Polestar, STOTT, or other) is an advantage but not required. Previous experience in a private practice setting. Why Join Us?
