UP $4600 | Specialist, Work Visa Operations | 1-Year Contract | Central Work Visa Operations Specialist (1-Year Contract | Up to $4,600/month)Join a global team and play a key role in managing APAC work visa processes from end to end. Ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency. Partner with external immigration vendors to track progress, ensure timely delivery, and resolve escalations when needed. Maintain and update case records, systems, and documentation with precision. Develop and update process guides, training materials, and knowledge resources to support team consistency. Monitor key immigration metrics and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement. Support process enhancement and automation initiatives to boost operational efficiency and employee experience. Keep updated on APAC immigration laws and policies, sharing updates and assessing their impact. Adapt quickly to new tools, workflows, and policy changes in a dynamic environment. Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in immigration case management or HR operations. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data management). Strong attention to detail and accuracy under pressure. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Able to manage confidential information responsibly. Experience managing vendors or external partners (regional scope preferred). Proactive and adaptable, with a problem-solving mindset and a focus on efficiency.
