Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Laboratory Research : Conduct research on waste treatment and waste-to-resource projects
  • Operations Management : Oversee daily operations of waste treatment plants, including plant operation, maintenance, and optimization
  • Process Troubleshooting : Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain processes and systems
  • Resource Management : Manage production schedules, maintain production records, and prepare compliance reports
  • Team Leadership : Supervise and guide technicians and workers, ensure compliance with established operational procedures, conduct risk assessment, and prepare safety related reports
  • Collaboration : Coordinate and collaborate with clients and contractors, attend project meetings, and prepare project reports

Requirements

  • Education : Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering field
  • Skills : Possess general knowledge of M&E systems, proficiency in English, strong team spirit, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, initiatives, and strong learning ability
  • Experience : Prior industrial experience in engineering field is an advantage
