We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Bistro Manager cum Mixologist to lead our front-of-house operations while delivering an exceptional beverage experience. Key Responsibilities
1. Bistro Operations Management
\t• \tOversee daily bistro operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top-notch service.
\t• \tSupervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff.
\t• \tManage reservations, customer flow, and table turnover efficiently.
\t• \tMonitor stock levels for both kitchen and bar, coordinating with suppliers for timely orders.
\t• \tEnsure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.
2. Customer Service & Experience
\t• \tAct as the face of Mugshots SG, greeting and engaging guests.
\t• \tHandle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism.
\t• \tMaintain a welcoming and memorable dining & drinking experience.
3. Mixology & Beverage Program
\t• \tCurate and prepare signature cocktails, mocktails, and seasonal drink menus.
\t• \tExperiment with new recipes to enhance our beverage offerings.
\t• \tEnsure quality control and consistency in all drinks served.
\t• \tTrain staff in basic bartending and drink presentation.
4. Business & Financial Management
\t• \tMonitor daily sales, manage POS systems, and prepare reports for management.
\t• \tAssist with cost control, budgeting, and pricing strategies.
\t• \tDevelop promotions and events to boost revenue.
5. Marketing & Branding Support
\t• \tCollaborate with the marketing team on seasonal campaigns, social media content, and special events.
\t• \tParticipate in local food & beverage community networking to promote the brand.

Requirements
Essential
\t• \tProven experience in both hospitality management and bartending/mixology.
\t• \tStrong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
\t• \tCreativity in drink creation and presentation.
\t• \tAbility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
\t• \tKnowledge of inventory control and basic financial management.
Preferred:
\t• \tFormal certification in hospitality or bartending.
