Administrative Assistant
to join our team and support the Condominium Manager in day-to-day operations and estate administration.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations & Communication
Handle and record feedback and complaints from residents and subsidiary proprietors
Support resident engagement and participation in estate events or activities
Financial & Administrative Support
Assist with petty cash handling and collection of payments from residents
Update trust accounts and issue receipts for maintenance contributions and deposits
Maintain records of office supplies and manage equipment maintenance schedules
Estate & Operations Management
Monitor attendance and performance of site staff, vendors, and contractors
Oversee the proper use of estate facilities in line with House Rules, By-laws, and SOPs
Regularly update the estate’s notice boards
Compliance & Documentation
Assist in processing Section 47(1)(c) notices and updating strata roll upon
