Software Development Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software developer to join our organization.

The selected candidate will be responsible for designing and developing robust software applications using Java technologies, leading the development and implementation of new features and enhancements, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex technical issues, and mentoring junior developers.

  • Design and develop software applications using Java technologies.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to their growth and development.

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant working experience in Java software development.
  • Proficient in Java technologies (e.g., Spring, Hibernate), code versioning tools (e.g., Git), debugging, performance tuning, and software architecture principles.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring abilities; capable of working collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
  • Oracle Certified Professional Java Programmer (OCPJP) or similar Java certifications preferred.
