Front Office Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our front office team at our oncologist clinic in Singapore.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Answering phone calls promptly while at the front desk;
  • Providing quality services to walk-in visitors;
  • Supporting doctors and nurses in preparing patients for consultations;
  • Assisting with investigatory tests and patient document management;
  • Processing bills accurately and efficiently;
  • Following up on patient cycles and scheduling next appointments;
  • Preparing for daily operations and maintaining a smooth workflow.

Requirements

  • Diploma or ITE qualification in any area is required;
  • Experience in healthcare industry is preferred;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential;
  • Meticulousness and ability to multitask are necessary;
  • Able to travel to support similar operations if needed;
  • Proficient in MS Office and clinic systems.
