Job Title: Patient Service Coordinator
About the Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily operations, managing front desk duties, attending to walk-in patients and phone calls, booking appointments, handling patient registration and admission, collecting payments, managing insurance claims and accounting, and performing general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and front desk duties
- Attend to walk-in patients and respond to phone calls
- Book appointments and manage scheduling
- Handle patient registration and admission processes
- Collect payments from patients and manage revenue cycle
- Manage insurance claims and accounting activities
- Perform various administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Clinic Assistant or Patient Service Associate
