Make An Impact By Planning and managing projects related to the Messaging System (SMSC) to provide SMS services. Collaborating with stakeholders in Product Development, Marketing, Engineering, and Regulatory teams to establish requirements for new services and adhere to directives. Leading discussions on emerging technologies. Conducting technical and financial feasibility studies on potential SMS services and solutions. Leading tender preparations, technical and commercial evaluations, negotiations, and procurement of SMS services and solutions. Planning network architecture and capacity needs for the near and long term. Coordinating with Networks teams to support business initiatives and working with Operations to resolve customer complaints. Engaging regional counterparts to identify and realize cost and operational synergies. Managing vendors during project implementation and engaging in negotiations. Providing regular project updates to Management. Performing any other duties as assigned. Skills For Success Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IP Networking, Telecommunications, or IT). Knowledge of telecommunications technologies such as LTE, 5G, IMS, SS7, MAP, Diameter, SIP protocols. Knowledge of mobile value-added services like mobile charging solutions, SMS, and mobile applications is advantageous. Basic financial knowledge related to project procurement, including CAPEX and OPEX. Understanding of legal contracts, procurement processes, and financial management of expenditures.
