Strategic Technology Partner

As a senior member of the AWS Enterprise Support team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customers' innovative and transformative endeavors across various technologies. This position requires exceptional leadership skills to foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and develop strategic solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Enterprise Support customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless resolution of technical issues.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of AWS offerings and stay up-to-date on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business goals and objectives to provide tailored support and recommendations.
  • Champion and advocate for customer requirements within AWS, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive feature development and enhancements.
  • Participate in regular meetings with customers to discuss ongoing projects, provide status updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with Amazon Web Services engineers to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and provide actionable insights to inform product development.
  • Stay available outside of regular working hours to handle urgent issues and provide critical support to customers.
