As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analysing and improving our business processes, identifying opportunities for automation and optimisation. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity to apply your analytical skills and make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company. What you'll be doing Eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements from key stakeholders Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and automation Collaborating with the IT team to translate business requirements into technical specifications Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, process flows, and use case diagrams Testing and validating new systems and processes to ensure they meet business needs Providing training and support to end-users on new systems and processes Continuously monitoring and optimising business processes to enhance efficiency What we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the information technology or automation industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and identify creative solutions Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with both technical and non-technical teams Proficiency in business process modelling and analysis tools, such as Lucidchart, BPMN Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and best practices Experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and management Familiarity with agile and/or lean project management methodologies Tell employers what skills you have Management SkillsUATAnalytical SkillsUser StoriesBusiness AnalysisAgileInformation TechnologyBusiness Process ImprovementMentorshipSQLProject ManagementUse Case DiagramsWritingUser Acceptance TestingTeam PlayerBusiness ProcessBusiness AnalystStakeholder ManagementBusiness Requirements
