Solution Engineer / Pre-Sales Consultant

Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Teams: Collaborate with sales teams to deliver technical expertise throughout the sales cycle, from initial qualification to successful client onboarding.
Identify and Address Technical Requirements: Engage with clients to uncover their technical needs and develop tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
Facilitate Communication Between Sales and Engineering: Serve as a key liaison between sales and product/engineering teams to ensure client requirements are reflected in product roadmaps and solutions.
Manage Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer requests for information and RFx, providing detailed technical insights and recommendations on proposed solutions.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or a combination of education and experience in Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
At least 3+ years experience as a Solution Engineer, Pre-Sales Consultant, or similar at a B2B SaaS organization.
Proven technology skills, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in REST APIs, drafting technical charts/documentations, and using developer tools.
Financial services technology and/or Blockchain technology knowledge preferred.
Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to communicate fluently in English and Mandarin.
