About the role

Work Location: 600 West Camp Road

We are seeking a data science specialist to support both our Aerospace OEM and MRO operations. You will apply analytics and machine learning to optimize product performance, manufacturing quality, and aircraft maintenance efficiency. This role bridges engineering, operations, and digital transformation.

Job Description

  • Analyse manufacturing, engineering, and maintenance data to uncover insights and improve reliability
  • Develop predictive models for failure forecasting, quality, and inventory planning
  • Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and MRO teams to embed data-driven decision-making
  • Build dashboards and tools to monitor KPIs and fleet performance
  • Support digital initiatives like predictive maintenance, digital twins, and condition monitoring
  • Any other job related duties/ projects, if required

Job Requirement

  • 2–5 years’ experience in data science, ideally in aerospace or manufacturing
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)
  • Familiarity with aerospace systems (e.g., PLM, MES, MRO platforms) and clous platforms (e.g., AWS) are advantageous
  • Possesses strong problem-solving and communication skills
