GreenTRI is looking for a motivated Principal Research Scientist to guide the centre of excellence in achieving its vision and mission. Key Responsibilities Support the Director in providing strategic direction and leadership to guide the centre of excellence in achieving its vision and mission. Assist the Director in offering scientific insights and strategic direction for research collaborations with industry partners. Help the Director plan, strategize, and implement frameworks and processes to meet the center's milestones and goals. Lead research programs focused on emerging technologies and talent development. Foster strong working relationships with internal teams and external collaborators to achieve common objectives. Provide mentoring, coaching, and support to researchers and PhD students. Job Requirements PhD degree from a world leading university, preferably in a field related to Computer Science/Engineering, with at least 20 years’ experience in a research-intensive educational and research environment. Strong leadership in managing executive and professional programmes Strong experience as subject matter expert in digital technologies, cross-disciplinary areas, etc. Significant experience in supervising and mentoring research staff and students Significant experience and success in leading strategic collaborations.
