Provide excellent customer service and handle feedback. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, appearance, and deportment at all times. Ensure compliance with Company SOP and cleanliness/sanitation of work areas. Assist with food and drink preparations. Perform opening and closing duties. Undertake ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors. Kitchen Duties Responsible for cooking and food preparation timely and according to SOP. Ensure food safety and high quality and hygiene standards at all times. Keep the kitchen safe and clean. Clean food preparation areas, kitchen equipment, and perform other ad hoc duties. Requirements Guest-oriented and service focused. Self-motivated, disciplined with good interpersonal and organizational skills. Able to work in a fast‐paced environment. Responsible and positive working attitude. Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. Basic command of English for communication.
