Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Manager to coordinate and oversees the delivery of CRS projects in the Asia region. This role plays a key part for the business as it ensures that projects are delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with customers' quality standards.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with the Head of Project Operations Australia to ensure consistency and alignment in operational practices. They will also work closely with CRS' installation partners in Asia to ensure the appropriate project delivery.
Role Responsibilities
Coordinate detailed design on assigned installation opportunities from sales handover to implementation and customer acceptance. Ensure installation operations on assigned work are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure CRS equipment and systems are supplied, installed and commissioned in accordance with customer specifications and CRS guidelines. Maintain profitability of assigned installation projects. Supervise time and activity planning of installation personnel on assigned opportunities. Provide leadership and motivate installation personnel in cooperation with other managers to achieve department objectives. Ensure safe and correct work practices. Coordinate design and implement solutions for application requirements. Oversee the installation of CRS solutions to ensure their effective operation. Coordinate efficient dispatch of installation technicians in response to customer requests. Manage all aspects of supply for product and installation services on major projects.
