Job Role: Procurement Invoicing Assistant

The successful candidate will provide support to the procurement team by ensuring accuracy in recording and documentation of purchasing and billing practices.

  • To receive, record, and verify incoming invoices via email or mailer
  • Assist internal users with invoice verification
  • Scanning of hard-copies invoices for digital storage

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the procurement team during audits and investigations
  • Coordinate the receipt of goods and delivery
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required by management

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field with at least 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of procurement policies and guidelines
