The ideal candidate should have an educational background of Any Graduate and a minimum of 8 years of experience.As a SuccessFactors System Design Specialist, you will collaborate closely with our business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective system designs within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include guiding projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery, and providing expert guidance to our clients.Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and design solutions within the SuccessFactors system.- Translate business requirements into comprehensive system design specifications.- Provide guidance and support to business stakeholders on system functionality and best practices.- Develop and deliver training materials to end-users on system functionality and best practices.- Advise on business process improvement for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central enablement initiatives.- Interact with clients to understand the business requirements for blueprint, configuration, testing, migration, support, and continuous enhancements.- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.- Manage SAP SuccessFactors projects to ensure timely delivery.- Identify integration issues and develop solutions to these issues.As a SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, your role will involve implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module to optimize our clients" HR processes, especially in the Time Tracking area. Your deep understanding of SuccessFactors functionality and HR best practices will be crucial in delivering successful projects and driving HR transformation.Your Responsibilities Include- Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors Time Management / SAP HXM solutions to the customers.- Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Employee Central Time functions like positive and negative time tracking, absence management, forecasting and schedules, and labor activities.- Guide customers on SAP Best Practices for quick wins.- Lead and conduct Requirement Gathering Workshops & Trainings.- Lead the customer stakeholders in their Digital journey with comprehensive knowledge across the SAP Solution portfolio.- Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews to ensure successful project outcomes.,
