Key Duties & Responsibilities1. Strategic & Business Leadership Develop and execute strategic plans to grow club revenue, market share, and brand positioningLead entertainment programming aligned to customer trends and brand imagePrepare and monitor annual budget, cost control and business forecastsAnalyse business performance KPIs, customer behaviour and competitor activitiesDevelop VIP, membership, table booking and corporate event revenue strategy 2. Operational Management Oversee daily nightclub operations including bar, entertainment, front-office and securityManage crowd control, guest entry flow, VIP hospitality and event executionEnsure high standards of lighting, sound, DJ setup and entertainment qualityMonitor inventory, procurement, alcohol stock, bar supplies and equipmentIntroduce operational SOPs and continuous process improvement systems 3. Staff Leadership & HR Lead, train and supervise staff including DJs, bartenders, service crew, bouncers, promotersEstablish KPIs, work schedules and manpower roster planningConduct performance reviews, coaching and hiring of critical rolesMaintain a positive, performance-driven culture and professional work standards 4. Marketing & Promotions Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships & PR eventsManage collaborations with entertainers, DJs, artists, event hosts and promotersOversee branding, social media, events calendar and special theme nightsDrive customer loyalty, VIP retention and membership programmes 5. Customer Experience Management Build & maintain excellent customer service standardsManage VIP and high-profile customer relationshipsHandle guest feedback, complaints and service recoveryEnsure premium hospitality experience at all times 6. Regulatory Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with Singapore laws and regulatory requirements including:Singapore Police Force (Public Entertainment & Liquor License)URA / NEA / SFA / SCDF standardsWorkplace safety, fire safety & securityImplement responsible alcohol service and crowd-safety proceduresMaintain compliance documentation, audits & reporting 7. Finance & Administration Monitor cash flow, revenue reports and billing accuracyVendor and contract management — security firms, event partners, suppliersHandle purchasing, cost control, asset maintenance and vendor paymentsPrepare monthly management reports for directors 8.
