Software Specialist, Enterprise Application (ERP & K2)

We are seeking a passionate and professional Software Specialist to join our Enterprise Application team.
The role involves planning, analysis, detailed design, coding, unit testing, and implementation of development and/or enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop new code or reuse existing code to implement enhancements or new business solutions, maintaining documentation.
Configure and develop application components from conceptualization to stabilization.
Write and execute comprehensive unit test plans and test cases.
Perform performance testing to ensure application performance levels are met.
Analyze problems and determine programming approaches to prevent rework and delays.
Manage various testing phases, including system integration, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
Create testing deliverables such as plans, scenarios, scripts, and control sheets following standards.
Conduct formal review cycles and facilitate automated testing, embedding risk-based testing and reusing test scripts.
Collaborate with stakeholders, secure sign-offs, and manage incident and problem resolution.
Communicate incidents, problems, and escalations to relevant parties.
Liaise with users to resolve support issues and address inquiries related to business systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Science/Engineering, or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in application development and implementation.
Minimum of 3 years in testing, including automated testing, with knowledge of testing methodologies and tools like Silktest.
Strong understanding of S/4HANA, SAP modules, and related technologies such as SAPUI5, SAP Fiori, Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, ABAP, C#, and Visual Basic.
Knowledge of Coupa and K2 is advantageous.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
