Accounts Executive Job

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and be able to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

The role involves maintaining full set of accounts, including AR, AP and GL, as well as preparing quarterly GST reports. You will also be responsible for performing month-end closing and ensuring timely financial reporting.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full set of accounts (AR, AP and GL) and audit schedules
  • Prepare quarterly GST reports
  • Perform month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting
  • Responsible for stock take and resolving any inventory discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 years of experience in keeping full set of accounts
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
